1. Service Overview
The Merch Buildout Package includes:
· 5 custom POD products ($799)
· 3 color variations per SKU
· Product mockups + AI Graphics
· Store setup (Client domain or KSC Shop Partners Page)
· Backend configuration with Printify/POD vendors
Additional products: $250 each. Discounts available for bulk orders.
All merch is print-on-demand — Client pays $0 upfront for inventory.
KSC handles full setup.
2. Store Options
A) Client-Owned Store (100% Profit)
Client hosts their own store on a custom domain.
They keep 100% of profit (minus platform/vendor fees).
B) KSC Shop Partners Page ($5 Cut)
Products hosted on KSC’s Partner Page.
Client keeps all profit except a $5 fee per item sold.
Benefit: exposure from traffic generated by other creators promoting the page.
3. Ownership
· KSC retains copyright over all graphics, artwork, and source design files created by the King Street Cowboys Graphics Department.
· The final completed products belong 100% to the Client forever.
· Client may sell the final products freely but may not claim ownership of original art files or underlying design assets. Credit is attributed to the King Street Cowboys Team.
4. Revisions
Includes up to 2 revisions per product.
Extra revisions may incur additional fees.
5. No Refunds
Once design work begins, all payments are non-refundable.
6. POD Fulfillment
All fulfillment is handled by third-party POD vendors (e.g., suppliers).
KSC is not responsible for shipping delays, vendor errors, print quality variation, or manufacturer stock issues.
If there is an issue with an order, The KSC maintenance team will submit a support ticket or request a re-print if the customer is enrolled in monthly maintenance.
7. Optional Monthly Maintenance ($250/mo)
Includes:
· Store updates & maintenance
· Customer response support
· Order routing & vendor issue handling
· 5 new KSC-designed products added monthly
· 1 monthly AI promo edit (for thumbnails, reels, posts, etc.)
This is recommended for Clients who want hands-on support and consistent store growth. This is your opportunity to scale your store into something more full-scale.
8. Sensitive Information & Compliance
KSC may temporarily access necessary setup details (shipping address, login credentials, tax info), but does NOT store or retain personal or sensitive data, including addresses, phone numbers, payment info, or Tax IDs.
Information is deleted once setup is complete.
9. Legal & Copyright Responsibility
KSC designs products based on Client direction but is not responsible for copyright checks, trademark clearance, or legal compliance of the Client’s concepts.
10. No Guarantee of Income
KSC provides store setup, product design, and tools — not guaranteed sales or revenue.
Client success depends on promotion, niche, and content.
11. Termination
KSC may remove or suspend a Client from the Partner Page or program for:
· Policy violations
· Defamation or misconduct
· Misuse of artwork
No refund issued if terminated for cause.
12. Acceptance
By purchasing the Merch Buildout Package, the Client accepts all Terms listed above and authorizes KSC to begin work upon payment.
